Awful, doesn't last by Mommaof2girls
What a HUGE waste of money! Bought the first one for a family road trip/vaca to entertain my girls, ages 2 & 5. The 2nd screen stopped working after 7 months. A month after that, the main screen stopped working. Took it in to Best Buy & redeemed the extended warranty we purchased, for a new one. The new one lasted 5 months! Now we have to take the 2nd one in to redeem the second warranty we purchased. I wish we could just get a refund.

Excellent Product! by MBlue
I am very impressed with this product! Very easy to instal in a car (past portable DVD players were a pain). Picture and sound quality is excellent! Unlike some portable DVD players, it doesn't "charge"and has to be connected to a power source, making it a poor choice for plane trips, ect.

Great for long road trips by Sranger
This product worked awesome for my kids while we were moving out of state. Easy to use, simple set-up, and decent mounting straps for the headrest. Never had a problem with either screen. The speakers sounded good and were plenty loud compared to our old DVD player for the car. The only thing that I would change is where the cables plugged in on the second screen.

2nd screen stopped working TWICE! by disappointedinspring
We purchased the set and about 6 months later the second screen stopped working. We returned it and got a replacement set. About 2 weeks later the second screen stopped working on this set. We returned this set for a store credit because I'm frustrated with the quality of the units and refuse to get yet ANOTHER set that will break. I have provided feedback to Philips and plan to write a letter as well.

Stopped working!!!!!!!!! by KristieM
Bought for the kids to drive from Mich to FL for spring break. Worked fine then stopped working a couple months later. Not cool!!

Great product by
This is an awesome product and has saved us a ton of car trip grief. It is easy to set up and my kids LOVE it. We have had no problems with it whatsoever. My onsuggesting complaints are that it doesn't run on battery (e.g. You can only use it's the car or in a regular outlet) and the controls aren't kids friendly. The fast forward is at the top where it's hard to see and the play button is tiny so my 5 year old sometimes pushed the button surrounding it instead. Otherwise a great product.
