When you place an order with CowBoom, your order is usually shipped within 2 business days. A shipping notice is sent via email where you can track your order with either USPS or UPS. If you are ordering a large item from the CowBoom store, such as a big appliance, Pilot Freight will contact you directly by phone to set up an appointment for delivery.
At CowBoom we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Any product we sell can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. All items returned must include the following:
1. Same product (matching model and serial number) in same condition as purchased.
2. Any retail packaging and accessories received with the item must be returned (cables, manuals, instructions booklets, warranty information, etc).
3. A valid CowBoom RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be on the shipping label.
4. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
5. Items returned must use our carrier (and shipping label) to qualify for free return shipping.
6. Items returned more than 30 days after original delivery date will be denied a refund.
7. Returned items that are damaged in transit as a result of improper of insufficient packaging will be denied. Be sure to package your return properly!
8. Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to be processed after the receipt of your RMA. It may take even longer to receive your funds depending on the policies of your bank, credit card, or other source of funds.
If your designated carrier is Pilot Freight, please contact CowBoom Customer Service here who will contact Pilot Freight directly to initiate the return process on your behalf. Pilot Freight will then contact call you directly to schedule a pick up. Once Pilot Freight has picked up the item, please contact Customer Service to continue the return process. Pilot Freight orders are subject to the same return policy rules mentioned above where applicable.
Please note that USPS and UPS ground shipping both take up to 10 business days for delivery. If your order doesn’t arrive after 10 business days, please contact Customer Service with your invoice number. Customer Service will send you a Carrier Claim Form which you will need to fill out and send back to Customer Service. Customer Service will file the claim on your behalf and send you an email notification once the claim has been filed. Please note that this process can take up to 8 business days. Once the claim has been filed, a Customer Service agent will follow up with you on the status of your claim accordingly. If Pilot Freight is your designated carrier, please contact Customer Service who will initiate a claim on your behalf within 8 business days.
New: Items that are factory sealed with no apparent damage. Any originally provided parts, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, or other items that were provided with the unit will be contained in the original packaging.

Pre-owned: Products that have been purchased, opened, and operated. Then, for a multitude of reasons, from buyer’s remorse to functionality, the product is returned to the store. When a pre-owned product is processed by CowBoom, it is tested for power and basic functionality.

Refurbished: Refurbished items are processed by one or more third-parties to test and restore their condition. The goal is to restore the product to a standard as close to its original condition as possible.
There are two types of auctions that take place on the CowBoom site: Popcorn auctions and general 7 day auctions. In order to bid on items in any CowBoom auction, you must have a valid credit card on file. A general auction will expire at the end of 7 days and the item is awarded to the highest bidder. If an auction has a popcorn logo on it, it’s referred to as a popcorn auction. These types of auctions allow bidders the opportunity to bid on an item within a 5 minute window, if another bidder exceeds your bid, the auction will extend for another two minutes, allowing you or other bidders to increase their maximum bid, if no one else bids within the five minute window, the item is awarded to the highest bidder at that time.
You can cancel your CowBoom auction bid by clicking on "order history" on the CowBoom homepage or by clicking the "view your bids" link after you have placed a bid. Simply click the "cancel bid" icon on either screen to cancel your bid.

Yes, CowBoom charges sales tax in reference to the state where your order is shipped. CowBoom is a Best Buy Company which requires a sales tax charge as it has physical stores present in every state of United States.
