We guarantee the item you purchase is in the condition advertised as reasonably described in the listing, or you may request an RMA to return it. If the item is not as advertised, we will replace the item. If these options are not available we will refund the purchase price including shipping.

To avoid fraud, we require a valid credit card on file prior to purchasing or bidding on auctions. We will notify you if your credit card information did not pass risk controls. Your $1.01 authorization was immediately refunded back to your credit card account, however it may appear on your bank statement for up to 30 days until your bank applies the refund.

The seller of record for these items is obligated to charge sales tax because of physical presence in all 48 continental states. Sales Tax will be calculated based on the ship-to address on the order, and will include state and local sales taxes where applicable.

Items can be shipped to any street address within the continental United States. Items cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and transit times typically 5 to 10 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping point. Large order items such as appliances use Pilot Freight as the designated delivery service.

Minor cosmetic defects, packaging, missing non-essential parts, or specification discrepancies that do not affect product fitness are not covered by this warranty. No product guarantee is offered to customers outside of the USA. Batteries and software are not covered by this guarantee.

Freight Claims will be filed by us on your behalf, and a replacement or refund will be made when the carrier approves the claim.
